How good is Tesco's mobile coverage?
Tesco Mobile may be a virtual provider, which suggests it doesn't have its own phone network. Instead, it uses another providers' infrastructure – during this case O2's – and offers 2G, 3G and 4G coverage.
You can check coverage where you reside by using our free interactive coverage map. Simply enter your postcode into the map and it'll tell you ways good O2's signal is in your area, also as comparing it with the opposite providers.
Tesco Mobile deals and incentives
Tesco Mobile offers standard pay-monthly contracts, also as its own Anytime Upgrade deals. These are almost like O2's Refresh deal, and split your bill in to 2 components - one for the handset and one for your usage.
At the top of your 24-month contract, you stop paying for your phone and pay just for your monthly usage - saving you money on your bill. If you would like a replacement phone before your contract has finished, you merely pay off whatever's left of your total phone payment.
Tesco Mobile's prices are very competitive. Its cheapest deal costs only £7.50/month for a Sim-only option with 500 minutes, 5,000 texts and 2GB of knowledge .
If you favor to pay as you go, then Tesco Mobile's Triple Credit tariff offers just that – a £10 top-up gets you £30 credit that lasts a month.
